Branding

On SiN Episodes, I led branding creation for the product, designing logos, box art, and a cohesive corporate identity that expanded the franchise while remastering its original universe. Each visual system was crafted to support episodic delivery, ensuring consistency, recognition, and strong IP visual style.

KeyArt & Videos

On SiN Episodes, I created and directed promotional key art and marketing videos that communicated the tone, characters, and momentum of SiN Episodes. These assets translated narrative and atmosphere into compelling visuals that connected with both long-time fans and new players.

SiN Episodes was the first, non-Valve game, that used the Source game engine. The first episode "Emergence" was the first computer game by a major developer to both be produced episodically and delivered over the Internet without the intervention of a publisher. This was accomplished through Valve's Steam content delivery, and was the first 3rd party AAA game shipped on Steam.

Press Support

On SiN Episodes, I directed advertising campaigns, magazine covers, and press materials that positioned the product as a bold evolution of the franchise. Working closely with media outlets, I ensured the messaging and visuals remained authentic, striking, and aligned with the episodic vision of the product.

For SiN Episodes, I took brand ownership of an original universe created at Ritual, reshaping its identity from early concept through final presentation. I contributed across all levels of the product, translating narrative, tone, and world-building into a cohesive visual and brand language.

Leading from the trenches, I worked side by side with artists, designers, and developers to ensure the brand stayed authentic while evolving for an episodic format. The result was a bold, character-driven identity that respected the franchise’s roots.

The visuals in this game were possible because of the great art talents of R. Loung (Concept Artist), R. Jeanne (Concept Artist), A. Hausmann, R. Hutson, C. Curra, D. Demaret (Connard), E. McCaughey, H. Marquez, K. Kane, M. Morgan, N. Pappas, S. Hornback, V. Naymushin, R. Fleider, R. Gonzales, R. Singhal, S. Maines, S. McNally, S. Burnette, W. Johnson and Massive Black. It was an honor to lead these amazing artists.
