Creative Director / Core Design / Branding

Franchise Direction & Design

With this original title at MumboJumbo, I led branding, character design, environments, and gameplay systems as the franchise evolved. This was the first inhouse adventure games at MumboJumbo, and we had the opportunity to create a new universe which was beloved by gamers both young and old.

Samantha Swift: the Golden Touch

Cinematic Design

Working with an amazing concept and writing team, I guided cinematic direction to expand story depth while maintaining tone.

Menu & HUD Design

Like with all original MumboJumbo titles, I lead the creation of the branding and key art for the product. The menus followed the visual language I established for the brand and was used to define the UI systems for the franchise.

Key Art & Branding

Like with all original MumboJumbo titles during my time at the company, I directed promotional key art, created the box and logo design used across marketing and retail. These assets helped establish franchise recognition early.

Samantha Swift was one of MumboJumbo’s first story-driven adventure franchises, and I managed and built the team responsible for bringing it to life. I contributed across concept direction, environmental visual design, game design, menu design, UI, and branding.

Leading from the trenches, I worked closely with artists and designers across multiple studios to ensure a cohesive tone and strong narrative identity. The franchise became a fan favorite, proving the strength of character-driven storytelling paired with thoughtful visual and interaction design.

The visuals in this game were possible because of the great art talents of K. Hamilton (Concept Artist), R. Luong (Concept Artist), C. Lee and K. Korneev & Hot Lava Team. It was an honor to lead them.
